These are definitely hand made by an amateur but I guarantee they were cherished and loved each holiday. You will receive a set of 12. The sewing isn’t high quality. You may find that you need to do some TLC for them to meet your standards. There are 2 missing hangers but that is an easy fix if you have yarn and a needed or just put a wire hook through. There are a few missed edges and some exposed stuffing. Overall I think they are perfectly kitschy and will make such a fun colorful statement on a tree as is and will mix in with a lot of styles.
